Being a transgender in the south!
come and watch my video
This is what I have had to deal with today here in South Ga.
We have to try harder to make it work out, if we did something and it did not come out the way it should have, then, we must try it again.
Have you ever tried something new or have you ever tried to change the things that you do?
We have to deal with this every day. All we have to do is leave the safety of our home.
We are at a standstill, because of what has happen today. We missed going out to the Flea Market in Albany because of what was happen in my life, and when we got there today, we found that someone had cut others traps down and piled them up on the ground, I spend $50.00 for the trap and the wood to put it up so that we had privatize when we would play our music, the day we put them up, they looked real good and we were proud of what we had done, but the very next morning when we got to the flea market we found that someone had cut them in half with a knife, it was very heart breaking to know that people could do such a thing, when I spotted the guys that I felt had something to do with it I tried to get their pictures and one of them slapped my camera right out of my hands and broke it, when we called the law, the same officer that came today was there at that time as well, so was the captain, and he stood there and allowed a man to tell us that he was glad that it happened and that we should be run off, the captain did nothing about this at that time, he even had the nerve to tell me that it was my fault what happened to us, because I knew where I was in south Ga. I told him it did not matter where I was, that I had the right to dress the way I chose to. The officer that was there to file a report did not do so at that time, well today was a replay of then, she did nothing to helps us, and when I called in to her Chief of Police he hung up on me telling me that he did care what happened a few months ago, so you see they are doing nothing to try and help protect my rights, here in south Ga.
